GDL Racing faces another double commitment this weekend at the Jerez de la Frontera track and Misano.
At the Spanish circuit, the team led by Gianluca De Lorenzi fields a car in the Lamborghini Super Trofeo Asia for Gabriele Murroni. The Monegasque claimed a Lamborghini Cup victory in the previous round at Shanghai, last September.
After a difficult season opener, Murroni took the second place at Sepang, in Malaysia, and finish third at the Japanese venue of Fuji, as well as in both races at Yeongam, Korea.
At Jerez, the Monegasque will also take part in the World Finals 2019 that get underway tomorrow with the qualifying and Race 1, while Race 2 is scheduled on Sunday.
In the same weekend GDL Racing heads to Misano for the Porsche Cup Suisse, in which the De Lorenzi’s squad made its official debut this year. At the Santamonica track GDL Racing will field a car for skilled driver Mario Cordoni.
