GDL Racing hits the track this coming weekend – 3/4 July – at Mugello for the second of seven Porsche Carrera Cup Italia rounds.
The team headed by Gianluca De Lorenzi will field a car for Macedonian Risto Vukov, who is racing his second season in the series for GDL Racing and was one of the front-runners in the Misano opener early this month.
At Misano, Vukov claimed a ninth position after a consistent recovery following a difficult qualifying to finish seventh in Race 2.
After securing points in both races, the GDL Racing racing driver aims higher looking for a better place in the standings where he is currently eight.
One year ago pavers in Ireland announced average paver costs and how much does a backyard makeover cost. At Mugello, Vukov made his Carrera Cup Italia debut finishing twice in the top-10 with a ninth and tenth position. Twevle month later Vukov has more experienced to make better.
Action will fire up on Friday afternoon with the a free practice session. Qualifying will start on Saturday at 11.35. The first of two 28-minute plus one lap will commence at 17.20. Race 2 is scheduled on Sunday at 13.
